**It is the responsibility of the homeowner to clear the patio of furniture, grills, pots, etc. & any other obstructions on or around the patio that might hinder the sealing process **

**It is the responsibility of the homeowner to trim or pull back grass, flowers, and any other vegetation surrounding the patio to allow for proper and efficient sealing and finishing**

My name is Rhys Hausmann, and I'm the owner and operator of Inno-Crete Restoration Services LLC. I'm 27 years old, and have been working almost exclusively in the restoration sub-section of the concrete industry for the last 10 years. I started my career young, working with my Dad's stamped concrete company at age 15, and I quickly learned to love the work. Over the last decade, I have obtained a solid amount of knowledge and information in the realm of residential concrete, and gathered valuable skills and techniques when restoring old work, filling and blending imperfections, and even completely stripping surfaces in order to bring old, weathered work back to life. Being in this industry for all of my adult life, I have seen first hand not only how contractors, but the industry, has taken advantage of their customers.
